By Joe Cogliano
A Beavercreek data firm is banking on the growing appetite for fantasy sports to score some big bucks and national attention.

The Perduco Group has inked a deal with Cincinnati-based PredictionMachine.com LLC to launch a site that supports daily fantasy sports players. Perduco will power the analytics and PredictionMachine.com will host the site, which launches in June, said Stephen Chambal, vice president and co-founder of Perduco.

Fantasy sports involves “drafting” a team of individual players, and then competing against others based on the statistics of the players. The idea is that users of the new site will be able to perform better as they try to win money on daily play sites such as DraftKings and FanDuel.

If successful, both Perduco and PredictionMachine.com stand to make significant revenue and grow their reputations.
